He is responsible for strategic data management including mastering and governance. He currently leads strategic initiatives in the use of data to drive predictive insights for all areas of the business. Mike holds degrees in Math and Computer Science from Georgia State University. Adwait JoshiAdwait Joshi, VP of Data Strategy and Analytics, Cumberland GroupAdwait is the managing principal for the Data Practice at Cumberland Group. His responsibilities include helping existing and new clients with Data Strategy, Data Management and Data Analytics. His focus includes working with structured and unstructured data using technologies such as Exadata, Oracle BDA, Exalytics, SQL Server, Power BI, Big Data Technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, and Pig as well as working with visualization technologies such as Qlik, Tableau, and PowerBI.  He holds an MS in Advanced Data Visualization from SUNY Buffalo and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering. Jake SmithJake Smith, Lead Data Scientist, MoxieJake Smith leads the data science team at Moxie. Jake is responsible for the evaluation and build-out of the agency’s big data infrastructure. He also spearheads the development of advanced algorithms and technology that consistently drive ROI at a petabyte scale for Moxie clients Verizon and AMC Theatres. Jake has over 8 years of experience in quantitative modeling and high-performance computing. Prior to joining Moxie, he led research efforts for companies like Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and UPS. Jake has a master’s degree in economics from Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Yared AlemuDr. Yared Alemu, Founder/CEO, ThinkQuality (an ATDC company)TQIntelligence has its roots in Dr. Alemu’s business and leadership experience, in the last four years, as part of a concerted statewide effort to improve the quality of behavioral healthcare services for patients in publicly funded behavioral healthcare. Dr. Alemu has been working closely with all the three Medicaid Managed Care organizations, as part of a selected group representing Together Georgia, focusing on quality and cost. He has also served as the Chair for the Clinical Directors Working Group for Together Georgia, exploring best practices and empirically validated treatments. These service opportunities have given Dr. Alemu ongoing access to the leadership of the Managed Care Organizations and Executive of the Behavioral Health Organizations, significantly impacting the development of ThinkQuality platform.Dr. Alemu devoted much of his professional life in the last 13 years, helping organizations, both public and private, to adopt best practices in management and clinical service delivery. In two different tier one research universities, Dr. Alemu developed programs to address the dramatic change in demand for mental health services. These programs won awards and grants in recognition of their impact on the student body. Dr. Alemu left the university setting and accepted a position as VP of Operation for a large community behavioral healthcare organization until he left the position one year ago to devote time for his organizational consultation practice and ThinkQuality. Both as the VP and as a consultant, Dr. Alemu focused exclusively on the publically funded behavioral healthcare to increase efficiency and quality, through implementation of best practices and integration of technology.Dr. Alemu brings an extensive experience of coalition building with wide variety of stakeholders with the focus of addressing difficult and at times, an endemic public health problem. As part of creating a critical mass in changing the service delivery system in the publicly funded behavioral health sector, to a more data driven and outcome based, Dr. Alemu have assembled a stakeholders/advisory group of university, civic, state and national organizations. This group, under the leadership of TQIntelligence, Inc. has submitted a compelling application for funding of $900,000 to PCORI (Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute), to pilot ThinkQuality. This collaboration models how a public-private partnership could systematically make a positive impact on an endemic public health problem, by bringing critical expert attention and advanced technology.Dr. Alemu has earned his Ph.D. from Auburn University and BA from Georgetown University. He has completed his doctoral clinical practicum at Emory University School of Medicine, a Clinical Psychology Fellowship at the Durham VA Medical Center and a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Clinical Psychology from the University of Georgia Student Health Center.

Walt earned a Master’s degree in Public and Private Administration from Central Michigan University in 1991. While at TRW, he won the President's Award for his leadership on their largest commercial project. Recently, Walt was named winner of the prestigious Georgia CIO Leadership Association's Corporate CIO of the year for 2014.Walt makes his home just outside of Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Eileen and their children.
